Check How Many Mobile Numbers Are Linked With Your Iqama

CHECK SIM’s ON IQAMA

The Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) has launched a beneficial online service called “My Number Service” for Expatriates and Citizens. The new service allows you to check how many SIM cards are registered on Iqama number in Saudi Arabia. You will be able to see the full list of your mobile numbers registered on Iqama.

You can check Iqama SIM Numbers on the CITC website in two ways: (1) by using a mobile number; & (2) without using a mobile number.

METHOD 1: CHECK HOW MANY SIM’s ON IQAMA BY USING A MOBILE NUMBER

For this method, you will need a registered mobile number under your Iqama to receive OTP.

Visit CITC website: https://portalservices.citc.gov.sa/

  • Select the English language from the top of the menu.
  • Enter IQAMA NUMBER and MOBILE NUMBER.
  • Enter the IMAGE CODE and then press on SEARCH.
  • You will receive an OTP in the provided registered Mobile Number. Enter the verification code and press CONTINUE.

Next window, you will see the list of Mobile SIM’s on Iqama.

METHOD 2: CHECK REGISTERED SIM’s ON IQAMA WITHOUT USING A MOBILE NUMBER

Alternatively, you can also check Iqama SIM Numbers without providing a registered number.

Visit CITC website: https://portalservices.citc.gov.sa/

  • Select the English language from the top of the menu
  • Enter IQAMA NUMBER and TICK on the “I do not have a mobile number” option (see below image)
  • Enter the IMAGE CODE and then press on SEARCH.

Here you can see how many mobile connections you have (only logos of mobile operators), however this option only shows logos instead of numbers.

HOW TO CANCEL UNWANTED SIM’s ON IQAMA

If you find any unauthorized SIM’s, you can cancel the SIM’s on Iqama by visiting the nearest outlet. You can also consider porting your number to other networks for free.
